	This one wasn't a known issue? Weird, lol. Yeah, it's been around forever, I have changed a total of one feat in that time.

	it was actually very useful because you did not have to wait 3 days to change a feat (for plat).. Also, if you wanted to swap 1 feat for another and had to move a bunch of feats to different levels to do so...

	You guys are looking at this all wrong! Pessimists!! It's offline now, but when it comes back fixed the game will be so much better than it used to be! Think about the positives! None come to mind right now, but I'm sure this was all part of the Turbine master plan! These guys are pros and know what they're doing. Under MajMal's stewardship they're focussing on the big things!! You can count on it! Ah, back to fairies and unicorns again......

	THIS is why the quest is down? Lol. I came back from dicking around with exploits on Elder Scrolls Online, and found the quest down when I wanted to swap a feat :/ I was posting about this last year http://www.ddovault.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1385654616/0#0 I will miss the free feat swaps. Seems I missed some good stuff over last few months.
