	I think it is the same as overwhelming critical but with the 50% hp restriction Also from the wiki Bug: Unlike other Bond abilities, this one is deactivated (without any indication) when entering a new quest/area, and can only be turned back on by hitting 120 (exactly) while in the quest/area. Note that it works to build up the bond to anything less than 120 before entering (e.g. at a training dummy), as long as hitting 120 itself happens in the quest/area.

	i like the idea of a fencer type of build style but this tree more suits a multiclass for a mechanic or artificer split better

If done right, it would need to be a single feat that either gives an enormous boost to doublestrike (like fucking huge. Like +50% doublestrike or something absurd like that. Or more) or some other massive boost to DPS compared to what single weapon fighting has now. There's no way that they're going to give it what it needs in order to be viable. And even beyond that, the classes that go with Bard don't have a lot of feats, so that massive boost will either need to be built into single weapon fighting on its own somehow or it will need to be one single feat (possibly two) in order for those classes to be able to fit it in. I just can't see Turbine making that happen.

	That someone gets excited to design this, bothers me more than anything about Turbine. Even If they did give it 50% fort bypass and doublestrike. It still wouldnt be as good as 2wf or 2hf. They really feel it gets some sort of relevant defensive bonuses for the trade off of terrble melee dps. What is it getting that's worth not having 2wf/2hf?
