	So I have a favored soul using the warpriest ability sanctuary. It says you get 20 prr when you activate it but it only gives 5 prr? Does this not stack with everything else or is it a turdbine thing?

	have you tried being naked, see your PRR, activate the ability, and then add items and each time do the calculations if they stack? or ED

	works fine for me, adds 20 chances are you have some epic destiny shit giving you 15 sacred bonus. check your unbuffed PRR sources. "For 20 seconds, you gains +20 sacred bonus to Physical Resistance."

Artie on the other hand - I was arti just once - right after it came out. I don't remember if it was just weekend or whole week but it was very quick. I still have two arti PL to run but I'm gonna go one of my standard exotic /roll builds. I don't care that much for kills and my current group is all about fun.
