Hey so I have pretty ancient Sithali build ( 2 fighter ) with equally ancient gear. Not much time for all toons and all that. I need to etr this one to optimize for tomes ( even redundant feats I think ) and such.
Can you post maybe some of your setups ?

Trinket : 3 str Prowess.
Back : EE jewel ( 30 hp , 250 sp )
Belt : Smoke hp greensteel ( here are my Displace clickies, don't ask ).
Ring 1 : 2 Wis Avithoul
Quiver : EE Poison
Gloves : Mitts ( 2 Con )
Boots : Dex 10 50 hp
Ring 2 : 7 Con Tendon Slice Dun Robar
Wrist : 20 amp / parry
Armour : Black ( 12 prr )
Eyes : EE Visor ( Deathblock ) YES I KNOW.

Pinion with 138 Devo.

Have Dumathoins, Masque, Ring of Deceit, 3 Wisdom Optics I think, all the good shit, just easier to see few options "on paper".
Preferrably with some some umd ( yeah, she still has cleric dilly haha ).
I can prolly craft tier 2 TF.

Here is my set up 12 monk/6rgr/2pal.  it may not be optimal, but I think I have everything covered. 

Head : Dragon Masque
Neck : Eidloons (Shroud of Ardent Update 23)
Trinket : Litany
Back : Adamantine for now for the exceptional seeker. (Epic Cloak of Ice for update 23)
Belt : +10 con +10 seeker (Epic thoughtful Rememberance update 23)
Ring 1 : +10 Str +10% Dodge (opens up with u23 items.  Have to think on this one)
Quiver : EE Poison (new abbot quiver is not monk friendly)
Gloves : Gauntlets of Immortality (for cocoon buff)
Boots : Pirate ones with perm FoM
Ring 2 : +10 Wis +10 Resists
Wrist : Dumathoins
Armour : Black for the piercing, but old epic red adds some damage.  I like both.
Eyes : Optics +3 Cha (Epic Mentau Googles update 23)

I can't remember all the slots but have the +2 stats for wis and str (necklace takes care of con and dex) as well as the Globe in there.  +8 char and dex in there as well.  Deathblock, spell points, blindness immune.  Standard stuff...  Weapon is typical T3 Thunderforged with Mortal Fear for lvl 28. I also use the eternal deathward pot from the card turn ins to cover level drain immune.  The new update 23 items will offer more augment slots too.

As a ranged, I can use scrolls for displacement as I have the time to scroll it when needed along with tensors, but that is a matter choice.  I did not waste a blue spot on vitality and I am still sitting at over 1000 hps with no buffs (just mountain stance).  Can self buff Str to mid 70s for a short time and resists are all 60+ minimum unbuffed. 

It really doesn't matter a whole lot as I am sure you can list 100 different combos of gear and still do EE solo with no issues.  It is a matter of having high positive energy and gear mods to boost cocoon, enough umd to use whatever scrolls you need and most importantly... how much effort you are willing to expend to get what you want vs what you need/already have and still be effective.
