I think that Beamdog released a new module for BG a year or so ago.

Also, Pathfinder:Kingmaker is pausable.    And it has a follow up coming later this year, I think.

I recommend both.

There is a BG III game coming in a bit.  I suspect that will be pausable, but no details yet on gameplay, so who knows for sure.

Divinity Original Sin remake was good.
The sequel is much loved by a lot of people but I didn't like it very much---the combat and setting weren't my cup of tea. High quality game though.
