One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

You can knock any high end armor like Planeforged equipped with a blue aug down to ML 2.

Similar to the Mirror reward armor but less obvious. level 2 toon in plate with a armor bonus of 24 plus a blue slot.

Should work on high end robes and outfits too, shouldn't it?

And rune arms.

Just at a ML:1 or ML:2 augment, probably.

Used to be able to do anything that took a Topaz some time back, IIRC.

No, it requires dysjuncting the items.
Hence, does not work on Robes/Outfits.  Once dysjuncted, they become normal.
Some runearms worked by a low ML augment, but that has been closed in U23.

Or run any epic quest on an arcane and you're guaranteed to have at least half the loot and end rewards be half-plate or full-plate armor!

Yeah, I get a few of those too.
Not as much lately.

No big secret. Disjuction, use an augment. It will have an absolut min level and a min level. But it will count the augment min level only, thus you can use it.

Just remember to remove the fear before you log out, or park your toon in front of the Disjunction device.

Disjunction only work until log off.  When you log back in you've got the burden/slowmo thing happening until you disjunct it again.

That's what I read, anyway.  Cause I'm like Hamsterdamaged and I never exploit because that makes the game too easy.

If you're wearing multiple such items, sometimes the burden of guilt is attached to only one of them. If I took notes, or had a better memory, I could tell you whether it was random. But I have noticed a higher than random success rate at removing whichever item I geared second to last.

No, the armor will be unequipped when you log out, and put in your inventory, when you log in, just   equip it and you are good to go.

The Cannith challenge gear, like bracers, boots and robe will not be unequipped.  I know this specifically as of yesterday.
From a very reliable source.

Confirmed from personal experience. The weapons will often dequip themselves, though. Handwraps have always dequipped for me, even the ones that stay at ML2. Other than that, I've only used the short sword so far. Sometimes it dequips itself, sometimes not. When it does not, it is usable and does not contribute to the burden of guilt.

Yes, because you need high level equipment to run lowbie quests.

Indeed I do. Now go fuck off back to whatever fucking hole you crawled out of. If it pleases you, argue with whoever else is there over how they're having fun wrong.

Um.. I'm going to have to try this, but maybe someone else knows:  can you equip an over level rune arm right after disjuncting?
