	so, I had no idea the melee workings of the game would go into this direction, so well, I invented this filler life build for one of my toons. its a 4th lifer, first life monk, second monk, third druid9/monk9/fighter2 winter wolf, now I'm still level 18, but my intention was (is! the toon is running ) as follows: helf light monk druid1fighter4monk15 druid 1 for ram's might and lil heals to add up to light strikes. fighter for a lil kensei and feats and the rest basically just regular handwraps monk. I mean, she doesnt suck, she has amazing survivability and will have even more in epics with cocoon already ready for lvl 20 my question is... what can I do to improve it? because although she doesnt suck balls, she hits for only 45-55 with ram's might and ship buffs on, on wind grandmaster stance. I take forever to kill mobs on elite it's embarrassing! any insights?

	Without knowing your gear, enhancements, feats, stats, etc it is hard to tell were you may be lacking. 8 starting STR? Item defense enhancement? Skill focus swim?

	The grass is always greener on the other side of the razor wire fence.

	gear, some green steel stuff for hp, ivy wraps,that collar i forgot the name for enhanced unarmed attack die, alacrity and 30% speed, enhanc basically on henshin mystic and shintao and fighter kensei for haste boost, feats I went all the way with stances, grand master, power attack, str and wis based (str 36 (40 on fire stance) wis 36) due to nice tomes in all stats, but my dex is only 26. got the passive two monk pl goodies for damage., dodge, twf, gtwf.

	Take Monk past life feat, Improved Martial Arts. Slot a reinforced fists item, shadowdragon belt, improved deception item, dragon masque or epic emerald gaze. Twist Dance of Flowers and Sense Weakness. Take Empty Hand Mastery, Violence Begets Violence, and Meditation of War in Shintao tier 5. Get Mortal Fear + Dragon Edge handwraps.

The new prr formula gives 10 prr around a 4 to 3% increase in damage reduction if under 100. Has some limited use in Grandmaster Wind giving additional 10% off hand strikes.
