Yeah I was going to mention it could be beneficial in some ways and places but I haven't checked on live in a loooong time so my info is probably outdated.

I threw an iconic build out for testing, and the speed-waddle is still there (lols!), but attack animations appear to have been fixed. Worse, the vampirism weapon effect did not work while undead. How fucked up is that? You can have a vampirism weapon, in vampire form, and not drink any life. But a paladin would.

If nothing else confirmed it long before now, this does: DDO fucking hates D&D.

You might be able to play it at end game. Just watch out for aoe reflex spells.

Level 28 Chaotic Neutral Dwarf Male
(3 Fighter / 11 Wizard / 6 Bard / 8 Epic)
Hit Points: 606
Spell Points: 1368
based on legend build with +3 tomes factored in.
6th bard level over 12th wizard for uncanny dodge. Vamp form over wraith to save ap, and synergy with pswf giving negs on 19-20.

Abilities    Base Stats
(36 Point)    (Level 1)
Strength            8

Intelligence       10
Wisdom              8
Charisma           16

Level ups in con. Con based dwarf for few reasons. Wizards have shit saves and you'll need hp to survive taking that damage.

7 ranks into balance asap. Max perfrom. Leftovers into heal for neg energy. Rest of leftovers into umd and any spares into jump- cos nothing is more embarrassing than fat dwarves that cant jump. Perfrom should hit mid 60s with gh, +4 tome from cards, 10 charisma item, 2 insightful, 1 exceptional, and a +20 perfrom item.

I don't think naming names would be a good thing for me to do, but I'd pretty much add anyone who's a know-it-all dick on the list. Even if they are sometimes intelligent with their opinions, the way they state them in long, "i'm a lawyer at trial"-type posts makes me want to punch them in the face. They act like whiney babies with god complexes and then freak out if someone so much as breathes criticism in their direction.
