I'm 34. I remember playing around with an Atari when I was like 4-5 and thinking it was kind magic. I specifically remember thinking that "moving this stick makes the thing move on the tv? Wow..."

Two years later I got an NES of my own and played Super Mario Bros. it till my thumbs and eyes hurt.
  

A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. They know who they are, and they freaking rule.
