recently had to reset my computer to it's factory settings.  Afterwards, it would not launch DDO.  Sad 

It is giving me an error message of "The program cannot start because MSCVP100.dll is missing from your computer. 

Anyone encounter this before and/or know how to fix it?

Uninstall and reinstall.  Many programs won't work after a rollback.
  
Turbine policy - glitches and poor coding resulting in interference of your game play or enjoyment will be ignored.  Glitches or poor coding on the developers side that at all benefit your game play or enjoyment will result in your character being banned and/or items from your inventory deleted.  Please report all bugs via our bug report...when it works.

That was also my first thought.  On this computer I run the game off a copy I have on a USB drive.  I reformatted the drive and copied the game over from my main computer.  Tested it and it ran fine on that computer.  Tried it on the problem computer and the problem was still there.

Google it...Lots of easy fixes for that one. Run Windows Update several times
