Has anyone ever seen this drop? I've killed Ithun Orenah many many times and he always seems to spawn but never drops this, curious if it's bugged.

Yea, it drops. I even got one this update for a friend.

The U13 Cove stuff just has stupidly low drop rates.

I haven't seen a pair of the Scorched handwraps in over a year

Ok I figured it was just a very low drop rate, I did hear Cordovan saying they were gonna fix the drop rate on certain items so hopefully 3bc & Sentinels quests are in the mix. I've been farming Tide Turns for a Deneith Chain shard for about 2.5 years and only have seen 1 drop.

yes they drop. not for me but they do. i was looking for some a year ago(ish) and ransacked a few toons with no luck. a friend of mine pulled 2 before he hit ransack and gave them to me. so they do drop.
