Been away for a long time - can someone link me a viable U23/24 ranged build please. I guess I'm looking for bow/monkcher/AA.

This is for an alt. I'm looking for strong, viable flavor,  but doesn't have to be absolute best possible DPS/survivability.

Lastly, the halfling shuriken Meteor Shower looks great - I have so many alts with +20 Lesser Hearts I will probably roll one of those too.

Though, looking at it, hes finally out dated, I need to drop power attack and cleaves.

Here is a modified Rangenmo build still going 12m/6r/2fvs

1: Ranger 1: Point Blank Shot
2: Monk Bonus feat: Precision
3: Monk Monk Bonus feat: Deflect Arrows
3: Level feat: Open - Whatever you want
6: Monk: Zen Archery
7: Monk: Monk Bonus feat: 10k Stars
9: Ranger: Open - Whatever you want
12: Ranger : Improved Critical: Ranged Weapons
15: Monk : Improved Precise Shot
18: Monk: Empower Healing Spell

Epic:
21: (Level feat: Overwhelming Critical)
24: (Level feat: Combat Archery)
26: (ED feat: Epic Spell Power Positive)
27: (Level feat: Epic DR)
28: (ED feat: doublshot or toughness or whatever you like)

There is a lot of flexibility here without the need for PA, cleave, great cleave.
