I'm wondering if this is the most efficient/effective order to use these?

Know The Angles, Assasinate, Assasin's Trick, Shiv?

Assuming you're planning for success and not for failure, the only way to make this effective would be to insert either raise dead or resurrection between assassination and assassin's trick.

Just saying.

Know the Angles, bluff - sneak - assassinate.

If all goes well, you won't need Trick - Shiv.

If it doesn't go well, run! I suggest dropping a few web traps (yeah, they are good), and maybe scroll sleetstorm (you should have FoM and true seeing of some sort), fight the mobs in the 'storm.

Or you can use a rezz cake.

Only use Assassin's Trick during a bluff animation. Otherwise, it prevents attacks for about half of its duration.

Somewhere in the rogue section on the MB, there is a list of sneak attack immune enemies that can be assassinated after their immunity is removed from Assassin's Trick or the Shadowdancer capstone. It will probably only be useful on HP-inflated champions, given the time it takes to bluff, trick, assassinate.
