Sneak Attack and Aggro Management for Rogues

I'm not an expert on rogues, but I am crafting a DPS build and want to be sneak attacking as much as possible.

Do you use diplomacy or threat reduction gear? Both? What gear/set bonuses stack?

Or do you just rely on deception/blinding/stunning/tripping? This seems to be the way to go if you tend to solo.

I've heard that some enemies are immune to sneak attack no matter how much fortification you bypass. Any idea which ones?

Deception & Imp Deception in 1vs1 scenarios even with rednamed bosses works wonders.

I can tell by your typing that you are an uneducated fuckwit.  This explains why you think books are bad.  I bet you think school is hard and you shouldn't have to repeat 7th grade again this year.

Is stacking those 2 enough by itself?

Yes they automatically turn their back and given your high attack speed you wont see their faces again.

Staying alive though might prove to be tougher with the defeat
a horde of sahuagin to advance to the next part/defeat a horde of halflings to get to next part;philosophy the use at almost all new quests

Bacardi, stop drinking your name. He asks if thatīs enough (deception and imp deception) or if you need to invest in something else.

For large pack of enemies while you solo play, it can be usefull scrolling Sleet Storm (wear some sort of FoM item)

I agree, I got few bottles as a gift.
It's disgusting, no matter what drink you make.

For 1v1 fights deception items are enough.
For aoe, glitterdust or sleet storm scrolls

You could do other stuff tho, use radiance guard gsteel or radiance gsteel weaponry /issue if you are after wraps builds.
Im not sure if the t2 thforged paralyze thing grants sneak, my guess is no.

Also trip while the dc is fucked up helps alot, balanced attack give auto sneak.
THere are really many ways, but for aoe sneak you need to focus on scrolling and preping battlefield which is a bit annoying currently.
ANother fun option is to mess around with traps, there are some that give amazing effects.
Here in this video you can see how a standard 2 weapon fight sneak based rogue ranger figh plays around with traps for sneak/cc in ee content.
Is a friend and most of the trap mats are from me heh

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owvinuV9ePg

Hope video helps for basic idea since you can see how a rogue does solo stuff in it.
I personally dont find it impressive, but its ok since he is a stubborn rogue main only player since 2008
