Never played these games but heard some good things about them so finally bought The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition from gamersgate  both 60% off for 11$

Any of you play these two and what did you think?

I've played them both and would highly recommend them.

That said, these games are always on special now.  I recently bought them both for $5 US.  I wouldn't recommend buying both for $11, if you absolutely must play one now, then purchase 1, and wait for a better discount on the second game.

Cd Projekt is well worth supporting imo.
I really liked the first one, second one not so much, mostly due to repetitive combat.

Third Witcher coming this year, and omfg Cyberpunk 2077 in the future. Can't wait.

Well near about 3/4 way through chapter 2 and finding the game really fun barring a few annoyances like after cutscenes sometimes you have to reselect which spell, even if you set it beforehand, before a mob rushes you in a small area..lol

The games are already bought from gamersgate paid one 4$ the other 7$ so if I get one month of fun out of them I will feel it was well spent!
