Yea thought so, but as i tested on a monkcher palie version, it did stack for ranged damage, aka i did force a guildie to do a 14 palie 6 monk helf with damage racial, racial and the melle/ranged power stacked just fine which forced me to suggest helf as new monkcher split to people since you lose a feat but the boost more then makes up for it

	After intensive testing of several enhancement setups, i came to a conclusion. A Cha based Bard is far superior than any other stat so far. Diffculty check of frozen fury is well over 80, whereas stunning shield is breaking 100 with ease. I will have it updated in a couple days. Build is breaking 1300 hp and 1100 sp easily so i will probably replace toughness with maximize and instead take the first when choosing an ed feat at lvl 26 in order to qualify for epic toughness. PS. Low Blow is now properly affecting undeads. According to lammania .

	So I am to guess with these new changes to your original build, all level ups go to Char instead of Str? Also, are you using the 2 rogue just for skill points and trapping or plan on using light armor for the evasion as well? Working on leveling order now via a planner, wasn't sure if you had any insight to that as well...Thanks!!

All lvl up points into cha. Two rogue lvl's are mainly for evasion, but trapping is absolutely possible if you like to enjoy the additional 30% exp. Regarding leveling order, i would start with bard right away after taking the first fighter level so you can have maximize/empower and quicken as soon as possible.

	Running a modified dwarven defender swashbuckler that is fairly similar, only race (con to damage) and a couple feats different. Primal scream is a waste of a twist, it does not affect my character if I am in stalwart stance. I only have 3 fate slots: reign, legendary shield, and cocoon. Sucks there aren't any decent epic handaxes other than thunderforged, but the x7 on 19-20 is really nice.

Whether you use pdk training for the extra 7-8 dc to your tactics while using a shortsword, or different tack while applying strength to to hit and loose the dc, but instead wield a handaxe, is up to you. Applying con to dmg wouldn't make much sense when building around cha related enhancements, aka frozen fury, low blow and coup.

	You run reign or sense? I'm guessing reign is going to pull pretty far ahead of sense weakness, plus it's cheaper.

It depends on how many fate points you have at your disposal. If you can't, then i would recommend taking sense weakness over reign since the helplessness bonus adds quite a lot of dps when performing frozen fury.
