Had the fast movement at first but haven't needed it since lv 20. When they come after me I pop off uncanny and re-position myself, keeping in mind that I'm losing dps and stacks when I'm running. Kiting is not a great option, you lose a lot of back stab damage as well. Also I am finding that am pulling bosses off the tanks by accident, which was only funny the first time, the raid gets pretty pissed if fatty or T.O. break off and run all the way over to the far side of the fights. So it's a work in progress.
Seems that when you do enough to piss them off they mobs and staying angry for a bit, but with all the fort debuff I run I am crit'n often and fairly hard. A threat shed would be good towards end-game but it's not going to happen so I will adjust.
Honestly Atomic I initially stuck with the GxB because with the rogue pass I committed to it, and to testing it fully before I would allow myself to switch back. Also, I have run repeaters forever. I am still stacking numbers, which I will post with full final build but I will say this, using the GxB is actually quite a different combat experience than the repeater, I'm not say better or weaker, just very different. After you get over being surprised when you knock down a mob and start planning on it happening.
I have noticed that what enhancements I take change a good deal as I level up, and that the GxB while no FoTM build it is pretty fun.
I have not optimized full gear lay out, I'm still chasing a couple odds and ends to maximize, luckily the gear works for GxB or Repeater the same.
Without damage boost or stacks, regular damage is around 260-300 and the crits come about every 3rd or 4th shot for 1400-1900, this doesn't count any of the add-on damage from effects or Sneak attack, those are purely the front end damage. Mostly I running Sharadi and Crusader, but it's fun in Fury as well, even with the loss of ranged power the base damage is still alright and basic adrenaline shots are 5k a pop, more if paired with a specific ranged attack like leg shot, pin, otto, wrack, etc... The rate of fire on the Gxb is fast enough that the adrenaline is recharging all the time, and the Fury shot is pretty impressive Thank god for double shot.
Shame they didn't give mechanics the threat range buff, and dialed back the alacrity, the mechanic could have almost kept up with the Holy trinity... or least held their towels for them.
