	Anyone else use Phosphor lately? Is it just me, or is Sun Burst not proccing?

	I used Phosphor a couple lives back and it worked fine (around U21-22ish), haven't touched it in a while but the procs should still be working. In Epic they are pretty much useless.

	Yah used it this life. So u24 for sure not positive about 25. I did notice that it proc'd far less then what I remember. Reminds me of terror from IQ.. used to be good now its pretty much useless.
