To be truthful, it is my Turret build. I just like having a decent dodge while I stand there and fire away.

I traded Bulwark of Defense in for Shot on the Run when I saw it gave +3 Ranged Power. Even though Bulwark of Defense fits better thematically with the "turret" idea, the extra 4 to AC and +2 to saves didn't really seem to make that much difference. I can still change it back at any time though.

Here's a breakdown of total Damage Multiplier (that is, the amount of extra missiles over 1 initial arrow a 2 minute period) in several scenarios including Manyshot w/o 10K (@50% Doubleshot)l, and Manyshot with 10k, at various Wisdom values.



*%/Total means percent of total time out of 120 seconds (2 minutes, which is the cooldown of Manyshot).

I think everyone here acknowledges how awesome Monkchers (Wis+10K Stars+Manyshot) are right now.

I made my "Turret" build based on the assumption (and other hints given out by some who will remain nameless) that Turbine is going to fuck Monkchers over - either by putting 10K Stars on the same timer as Manyshot or making 10K Stars not work with bows at all.

I didn't feel like putting a lot of time and effort into making the perfect Monkcher only to have Turbine destroy it in an update or two.

You need a Xanex. Arkat didn't point out a flaw, my math is flawless as the game works today. Arkat just mentioned that functionality *might* change. I acknowledged that. But it hasn't yet, and it hasn't been announced. So right now, on Live, the math I graciously did and shared with everyone is accurate.

Two minutes is the logical time frame for evaluating Manyshot since you know, that's how long it's cooldown is. It's the least common denominator.
