This from the guy that thinks that Vorpal on a 20 is better than +1 Crit Multiplier.

It seems that your reading skills are as bad as your DDO ones.  I use both TF and Sireth above.. as there are mobs in which MF and Dragons Edge are important. 

But then again, you would need to be able to play the game at a difficulty higher than "causual" to realize that.

True but don't forget, Cartwheel Charge will provide a Passive +20% to Doublestrike instead of the 5% it provides right now.

Additionally, The "vorpal" version of Lethality was pretty useless in epics as it doesn't work against mobs with over 1,000 HPs (which is EVERY epic mob).

Didn't it proc for 100 damage if mobs have over 1k hp remaining?

I would presume so. It also only procced (the insta-death or 100 damage) if it was part of a Sneak Attack. Granted, that is almost all the time for well-built Assassins but it NEVER worked against Red or Purple named bosses or any mob with Death Ward.

Lethality was never that great.

I am bitching because sev proposed a change to lethality to make it work with single handed weapons only.

That means no +1 crit multiplier for QF's which is total bullshit.

I can understand that for TA but for Mechs and Assassins, it appears 18 levels in Rogue will be most optimal.

Yeah, I've been trying to work out what to do with my Assasin since severance pay started announcing changes.

Most likely I'll spreadsheet build it and never follow through though.
