	Not really. If you checked the service thread it was posted that LoTRO was down until 2 PM EST, which was 2 hours different than what Cordovan posted, and that IC is having something to do with Steam Wallet as their new payment system. When I saw that a new payment system was being installed, I guess Digital River went kaputski a long time ago, and it was going in for IC, and based on Turbine's history of cluelessness when doing these sorts of things, I would be surprised if it came up by Wednesday. I banked on it being a complete clusterfuck when I read all that.

	I pity the fools that actually buy anything with real money for the next week. Can you say, "WTF!!! My credit card was charged fifty times for an item." Like Turbine has NEVER done that in the past.

	They just forgot to put the date of the uptime .. Its supposed to be down at 3am EST 5/18 but up at 12am 6/19 perhaps 6/20 EST

It was a rare moment of brilliance with Turbine that convinced many people that downtimes would be announced for longer periods so that Turbine could look good by opening the worlds earlier than expected. Yep, we were all fooled. Turbine fucked it up the very next update leaving us to assume it was a fluke.
