T4 enlightened spirit for spiritual retribution should be roughly ~40 extra proc damage after spellpower and crits. Thoughts?

Almost as good as a Lantern Ring.

So,

T4 in some other popular classes splashes get you:

Rogue:
4D6 SA dice. 2x Ranged power = 12d6@100 RP (not hard too hard to get at Cap). So this is as good I would say.
2 Dex
Crit Mastery
Damage Boost

And that's just Assassin. Mechanic also gives excellent bonuses at t3/t4

Now since rogue is a popular (read: excellent) split with monk for throwing, you could go Rogue/Warlock/Monk, instead of say Rogue/Monk/Ranger like my current favorite build (13Rogue/4Ranger/3Monk).

Contrast that with, say, Deepwood Sniper, which in 4 Tiers can get you:
2 Dex
3 SA Dice
Damage Boost
Killer
20 Pos Spell Power
Increased SA Range
With 6 Rangers Levels you can get Sniper Shot, which is about 8% total physical DPS increase if you use it all the time (mathematically, based on description)

That's pretty significantly better I think.

However, in Soul Eater, you can also get:
+7 Ranged Power
Vulnerability application on Ranged Attacks

Vulnerability is excellent, but it's really easy to get on a swapped TF weapon, and really only useful on high HP red/purples. So not that great. All in all I think Ranger is a much better split, and along with Rogue. That being said, a Warlock X/3-6Monk/xRogue or xRanger are all viable builds and could make for some flavor.

I'm currently trying to work out a shiradi thrower/warlock with MM SLA's that utilize the debuffs on ranged attacks, but it might be trying to do too many things at once. We'll see.
