Long story short:
I took an extended break, came back and TRed a toon before I really looked closely at everything. I can't change the race. Elf might have been a better choice, but it is what it is now.  Hoping I can get a little help to make the best of it till I get to 28 and grind a bit of gear.

Goal: Primary twf melee with a ranged option if I have to.

Here's what I have mapped out so far. Currently it's sitting at level 10. As far as ED's I had planned on running in Fury or LD.

No real need for Grandmaster of Forms.  Replace with something else.

Take the 3 AP out of Arcane Archer, 1 AP out of Deepwood Stalker and 7 AP out of Kensei (No need for weapon meditation 3 or shattering strike 3).

11 AP free now.

Add 6 AP to Stalwart Defender for Defender stance.
Add 4 AP to Tempest for Improved Parry 2 and 1 AP to Improved Dodge.

You only need the tier 1's in weapon med and shattering strike to open deadly strike.  They also don't work very well. 

For feats, I may look at another weapon focus for the +2 to weapon power.  They stack.

Dropping AA and DWS APs, and Kensei meditation down to 1, and shattering strike down to 1

moved AP gained into STD to take tier 0 toughness, tier 1 durable defense 3

and tempest for Tier 2 Improved Parry 3.

For the feat swap:

Do you think Spring Attack for an extra 2% dodge would be worth it or does the +2 to weapon power outweigh that?

You might be better off going uncentered. Consider switching to heavy armor and your t5 to tempest for Dance of Death.

Yeah, after reading some discussions and playing a bit more I'm noticing that the pajama warriors are not what they used to be.

Ideally I'd like to play it up to 28 for gear and ED's but that really will depend on how painful that is.  I'm part of a very good guild that could help drag me through 20-28. However, I'd prefer to not be drug and be able to contribute.

If it's a waste of time and really lacking, then it will be an immediate TR at 20.  Normally it would be 20 by now and I'd have a better feeling of where is stood, but I'm leveling it as part of a group and vacations happened, so its temporarily parked at 11 for a few more days. 

I guess I really came here for a bit of help tweaking the build, and some standard vault tough love letting me know if it was shit and not worth wasting time on while I wait.

I'm also aware that with the right gear you can make about anything viable. I'm part of the crowd that doesn't want to be just viable though.

I ran that build for a while, don't recall having to take spring attack, had enough dodge.

Changed to a 9 monk, 8 fighter, 3 ranger and it does better thanks to improved evasion.
