Adictive mobile F2P games

For study, really, as I have no idea, if some of you know of some f2p games that have addictive mechanics for spending money, please post here.

I just played for some day´s summoners war, it was a good thought mechanic for grinding, so a kind "pay for not play". After 5 days of playing it kept me thinking about "hey, maybe I could spend 5€ ..."

If somebody here knows a bit about KPIs in f2p games, also we could start a topic or so, I would like to know more.

Fallout Shelter.  This one and Plants vs Zombies 2 are the only mobile f2p games that I have spent actual cash on.

Kings of the Realm.
Fallout Shelter is fun silly timekill.

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

Well, that is the interesting thing. Some people will spend money here, some there.
With summoners war I was close to spend money, and it is really a stupid grind of leveling up monsters. It even has an auto-combat, I guess the developers realized that was too much of a grind.

Card Hunter - present on Steam now.

Loot and Legends is the mobile version in development. The name change does not bode well for keeping their awesome business model, though.

I should've thought of that. Although I believe the mobile version is less stable than DDO.

Clash of Clan... It's addictive enough... and once you reach a certain stage, if you don't pour money into it, you'll stop progressing.

I know lol. It doesn't even provide any superior gameplay or graphics or anything really but it's addictive as hell, Blizzard are really geniuses at accomplishing that sort of stuff.

not certain... since it's a professional mobile ( 2H+5Gb net a month... as long as we don't go over nobody checks what it was used for ) I'm not spending any money...
and after a few months I'm crawling in my upgrades due to a lack of resources

I've gotten up to town hall 10, and black walls.

It was at the point it took a week to do anything, and that was if I was lucky and not pillaged.

Yeah, I'm not far from that... L9 Town Hall and LVL 6 with a few bits at 7 walls, and well it already takes a long time to do anything...

The only way to speed up is to buy gems ( with real money ) to buy gold and elixir to build... Nice trap.

That is kind of a "badly design game", as people in the Game Industry say. Talking to some people of the industry, they are quite pissed off about that method (for example, Wargaming people despise that method)

No, it's quite well designed... pay 5€ to get a buch of Gems, that in turn you can use to refill your ressource storage... and then use that stored ressource to build something...
and since you became addicted ( it takes 3/4 month to reach that point ) you will eventually spend money on it.
