Yeah its been known for some time since the old mech thread on here that doubleshot is applyong fully to each bolt on a repeater. One more way mechs are OP

It definitely feels slower. Not tested yet but I'd hazard a guess it's gone lower than 30% in gaming conditions. Could be me and my speed addiction overplaying it though.

Jup, I prefer dodge over PRR in LE. Reflex save schould be good  (90+) for evasion and Pin/Whistler are very important to me in LE. I try to keep my DPS at a maximum by not having aggro. And those DC 100 web traps are your best freind. I use great crossbows when fighting trash (knockdown) or dealing with non-pierceable DR (portals) and repeating crossbows when fighting rednamed/bosses.

the only time the majority of the AA enhancements were good were when they were broke in some fashion, like back in the day were you could stack all the various enhancements by swaping weapons in some fashion.

then they nerf it to work properly and its garbage, aside from adrenaline slayer, and even that has been nerfed to the point that deepwood is almost better in every regard.
