pre-buffing warlock aura

I was wondering if anyone had some tips for pre-buffing warlock aura.  I can see pre-charging empyrean magic and meridian fragment, and possibly destiny swapping and gear swapping, but all of this can get pretty tedious since you have to do it every login.  Thoughts?

i did some really teeny tiny tests (like 5 numbers) and the damage seems to be dynamic and scale with current spell power
