Don't put points in wis as a ranger. Ever. I would strongly suggest taking precision rather than power attack and cleave. Cleave will break your animations slowing you down, and you will be doing perfectly respectable aoe dps with dance of death. Improved critical ranged would be better for times when you have to switch to bow, taking combat archery and pbs rounds it out nicely. This has the added bonus that if you're finding EEs unsurvivable, you could switch to primary bow user just by switching enhancements. I would also suggest that if you're stoning to 20, you don't take maximise and take empower heal instead as it affects cocoon, it's only listed in mine for levelling purposes. The 27 feat is a matter of preference, but with epic reflexes and the kind of dex you'll have, you could have almost no-fail reflex saving throws. For enhancements, dump some of human line, it's too expensive for too little benefit. Killer is a must have, and I would also probably take full evasive dance. Empathic healing is also pretty useless (I did try it out during one of my respecs). If you are going to use the bow a lot, dump something or other in DWS to pick up improved weapon finesse.
