This advice was bought to you straight from 2012. With Cannith challenge gear at 0 ML by default, it is clearly best to get a full kit if you don't want to swap gear 0-20. Covers your weapon, armor, trinket, bracers, cloak, ring (both rings, if WF), boots, and belt. Helmet, necklace, gloves, goggles and quiver are left open. Quiver of alacrity is a no brainer. Torc and tapestry hats are good from 11 to 20 at least. You can get the +8 con gloves and +8 int goggles at 15 from Shadowfail if you can't find any random gen or craft better. My previous list is still good from 20-cap, though there's some nice heroic named items in the newer content that are useful for leveling.

Also the ML 14 +8 stat items are guaranteed end reward drops, even on casual. Lots of really good heroic gear in all of the newer quests too. (since U27)

When you see what you can do with �Bound� crafting now, you�ll be thrilled to toss all that bound to character shit. You can re-purpose all your dual slot/large guild slot items. (And make them BtA.) For named items, all you need for a lot of the new gear is 2 items for your entire account. (Heroic version with Mythic Bonus, Epic/Legendary version with Mythic Bonus)

	Anyone had any further thoughts on this - I usually wear random junk I have collected over the years eg Challenge and Comms gear but with reaper around the corner I am thinking of revamping my sets. Personal preferences gear should be BTA if possible 20-28 ish Str Tactics Melee: Helm CC Wiz/Acc/iFort Goggles CC Wis/Deadly/iInt Neck Golden Guile Cloak CC Int/dodge/iPRR Bracers CC Str/Con/iStr Gloves CC MA/AP/iAcc Belt Epic Spare Hand Boots CC Dex/Sheltering/iSeek Ring Epic Ring of the Stalker Ring CC Char/Devo/iCon Trinket CC Resistance/Spot/iDevo Armor CC CM/HAmp/Parry Notes: Epic GG would be better as it would cover Ghostly and Imp Deception but I am not farming the S/S/S on alts Want this set to be as generic as possible which is why it has Char/Wis which wont be that useful on some builds there was no way to fit Insightful abilities without dropping something else. When I am swimming in collectibles I might make more specialised sets. Static stuff will be slotted eg Deathblock/Masters Gift/Fear immunity/Blindness Immunity etc Would liked to have fit false life but will have to be slotted instead Would have liked to fit some quality/profane bonuses if possible but something had to give - maybe could fit some in a less general set. Can anyone help me improve it?

	think i read sometime recently that the old deception effects will all be retroactively changed to current deception effect so consider that in your golden guile slotting, if true

	After testing the new deception mechanics out I have decided to keep it for soloing as its still worth it imo. onto my next life - going to do some form of Shiradi to grind out some Primal ETRs anyone got a semi optimised gearset for Shiradi?
