First life thrower advice

I want to roll a thrower build on a first life toon with only +3 tomes and no epic past lifes, minimum of 6 ranger levels for sniper shot and acces to tier 5 deepwood and a minimum of 6 levels of monk for 10k stars. I'm uncertain on what to take with the other 8 levels. At least 1 of those levels must be a UMD class, I want to be able to scroll tensers on me from lvl 20-28 and on a non geared first life toon it's almost impossible without 23 ranks on UMD. I was thinking either take 8 levels of rogue for UMD and high sneak attack, or 7 levels monk for better 10k stars and 1 level artificer for UMD and longer tensers. I plan to run in legendary dreadnough and/or fury of the wild whatever I feel its better after trying it because I have never played a thrower build before. Any good advice ?

I would do a 12 Monk, 6 Ranger, 2 Rogue. That gives you the best Doubleshot during 10k, lots of feats, and full ranks of UMD.

Standard throwing feats (PBS, Quickdraw, IC Thrown, IPS, etc)
Ranger Feats (Rapid shot and Precise Shot)
Monk Feats (Dodge, Precision, 10k)

Go halfling for Crit threat. T5 DWS, NiS for 2 core and ANT,

and after that you're basically set. This gives you a ranged option with a bow too if you were say in Fury with Manyshot. It could just easily run in SD or LD.

I would also point out how chuckers are one of the friendliest 1st life builds. They don't have to be as dependent on pastlife bonuses as a lot of builds are.

this, but you can skip 2 rogue and take 2 monk if you want more doubleshot, 2 pal if you want to boost saves or 2 fighter if u want extra feats

remember that if you wake 6 ranger lvls you will earn some feats automatically, be sure to check which ones are these so you will not take those while lvling

my suggestion is (if you start from lvl1) go halfling and take 6 ranger lvls, then 12 monk, then whatever, use twf to lvlup.

if you have good shuri you can play with those in heroic when you got IPS (around lvl 15)

Drow for shuriken expertise, faggot: way better than a +1 crit multiplier.  You're making an out-and-out gimp much gimpier.

First life that needs enough UMD for Tensers? he should not skip rogue. He asked for a UMD first life build.

oh... seems i missed UMD part... anyway, 1 rouge should be enough, no need for 2, i'd prefer a +5% doubleshot (so 13 monk 6 ranger 1 rogue)

Drow, baby: +5 damage, shuriken expertise (a crucial, free feat), +5% dodge, and best-in-game racial spell resistance (it stacks, faggots.)

Halfling = you failed it.

This is a psychic respone to the next post, which WILL be Forest (a.k.a. "rat-boy.")  Yeah, because having access to the Healing Dragonmark is worth a big dip in DPS; what was I thinking?

When you read this kind of thing it's really not surprising he didn't know how Manyshot worked. I mean there are plenty of good reasons to take Drow, but P4P misses almost all of them and focuses on drow things no one has been stupid enough to use or believe in 6 updates.

What a imbecile.

Drow SR doesn't stack, Drow can get +4 dodge max, and the +5 on shuriken cost 17 ap, way too expensive compared to all the other better, cheaper, and newer ways to add damage and hit buffs to a chucker.

Just how ignorant, and just how bad of a player does a person have to be not to know simple things like how Manyshot, Drow, or shuriken work.  No wonder he couldn't handle the game any more.

Try both races: half-fag and drow; see which one is better.

Hey, did you figure out how Manyshot worked yet? and did you find someone to explain Drow Spell resistance to you either?

Let us know when you do and we will think about letting you post.

Let me guess, now that everyone keeps using your manyshot humilation to remind you of how clueless you are,  it's really starting to hurt your 'feels' so bad that you want to pretend it was all part of your plan?

You are so predictable and so very lame, and no one believes a word you say anymore sport, if ever  Grin

Humiliation, cluelessness; these sentiments you express, they do not pertain to me.  I know you're still raging homo-pissed that I outed you as gay, then mind-controlled you into outing your own sock after a single post, but don't take it personally; you cannot control the inferior (homosexual) intellect you were born with.  Being genetically inferior is NOT something you can do anything about.

Aw, how cute: he's bragging that he thinks he knows more about an obsolete, sub-par MMORPG from 2006 than me.

Wow, you had to have been a really special kind of stupid to not know how manyshot worked, or Drow SR.  But how desperate for attention do you have to be to post in the builds section after everyone finds out that you're that ignorant of the game.

Also, what's the name of the imaginary casino in your other lie? and how about the answers to Flav red wine questions?

Stupid and dishonest, poor San Juan.

Aw, how cute; he's pretending I did not intetionally mistate the effects of several game meachnisms to draw know-it-alls out of the woodwork, and laugh while they tripped over themselves trying to prove that something obviously wrong was, indeed, wrong.  You led the pack, you stupid fuck.  Good luck living with yourself.

So let's see, Flipton said:

And today when the heat got to much Pay4Pals tried to float:

LOL, Flipton really does have your number! you couldn't take any more manyshot shaming, so you desperately tried your old "it was a troll" tactic.  You really do have even less shame than brain cells, and that is saying something.

Or as another guy who seems to have you dead to right said:

Here is the best rule of thumb:
If you have to tell people that you trolled them, you haven't trolled them.

Tell me P4P, do you ever get tired of losing?
