Morninglord = 1 cleric/19 wiz (do it twice) and then 17 cleric/ 3 wiz
PDK (wolf) = 10 druid/6 ranger/4 fighter, 9 druid/9 ranger/2 fighter, 9 druid/9 fighter/2 ranger
SK (mech) = 18 rogue/2 arti, 10 rogue/10 arti, 8 rogue/ 2 arti/ 10 fvs
BF = 20 pally, 18 sorc/2 pally, 12 monk/6 ranger/2 pally
I'd look at this:
Morninglord - Wiz (As Above)x2, Cleric (20 Cleric)
PDK - Wolf Druid (As above), Monk (12 Monk, 6 Ranger, 2 Fighter), Fighter (As Above, or 14/6 fighter, ranger if you don't like wolves very much)
SK - Ranger (18 ranger, 2 rogue), Rogue (20 Rogue or 18/2 with arti), Pally (15Pally, 5 Rogue)
BF - Sorc (18 sorc, 2 pally), FvS (18 FvS, 2 Pally), Arti (13 Arti, 5 rogue, 2 pally)
Do the PDK lives first. The PRR is the most universal of the PL's.
EDIT: You can also move one of the Wiz lives down to bladeforged if you want. (running the same thing twice is boring) Make it look like the Sorc, basically, and move the FvS up to Morninglord. Either way.
I went for variety. 5Foot's list is solid but it's basically the same wolf build x 3, the same mechanic build x 3, etc. Lots of repetition. Which is helpful for gear, if you don't have a lot of variety for leveling gear, but, to me, is boring.
