Of course, Pappy VanWinkle's bourbon is all the rage right now, but that shit's over priced and simply too sweet to be agreeable.  I'm not paying $2k-$3k for a bottle of corn mash in this lifetime.

I like Wild Turkey to drink over rocks, but it's not at spicy as Knob Creek.

I have to say, I think I overlooked it in the past.  Lately, I've been "slobbing the Knob" (as the Norwegians say) because it's not sweet, forthrightly spicy; and inexpensive to boot.
