Have you guys tested having 3-4 items that are just slotted with Tier 1 augments?  Meaning, in your “Bracers (Tier 1 Opposition, Tier 2 Opposition, Tier 3 Opposition) + Goggles (Tier 1 Opposition, Tier 2 Opposition, Tier 3 Opposition) + Cloak (Tier 1 Opposition) = +20% maximum HP” example, are the 3 tier 1's giving that 20% bonus, or is it the tier 3's plus the tier 1?

Also, no discernible set bonuses based on focus combinations?  (Perhaps an accessory based ConOp set bonus may be 2 Tier 3 Positive focus items and 2 Tier 3 Negative focus items?)

The set bonuses are nice.  The problem I see is that you need to kill 2 or 3 slots with crap to get them.  Find me more than 2 legit, justifiable accessory LGS items you would make for a non-caster toon.  I can't find it.

Hasn't that always been the case?

I can't think of a single set bonus for non-casters that was worth giving up more than two slots, except maybe Levik's Defender for tanks. And that would have been at least 4 years ago when that set was useful.

QFT, that really hits the nail on the head.  I still think there is some decent potential but it's going to take a while and some more class passes and a caster pass to get there. In the meantime even with those wicked buffs it's just takes up  too much real estate.
