The other build has merit. This one is needs a lot of past life support to be even marginally survivable at end game. But yeah, this one is clearly more DPS because the other one is a revision of a square peg that made sense in updates past. I won't bother again unless/until there is a monk pass to ungimp unarmed combat.

The synergy of 24d6+75 sneak attack times 225 melee power stacking multiplicatively with Combat Brute, Sense Weakness, and No Mercy is amazeballs though.

Fixed an error in my AP distribution...and netted +20 doublestrike in the level 18 TA core! (Also 2 less sneak attack dice, +2 con in LD from taking haste boost in TA)

Pretty sure this is max melee rogue dps now.

+3 saves has value. This build needs all the help with Fort and Will that it can get, and the reflex target number of 100 for Improved Defensive Roll takes effort. I'm still tinkering with stuff though. Leveling it as a Shadar Kai currently for the past life. Might end up human. I was enjoying not being human for once, but double boost is indeed OP.
