Without cartwheel charge, I will drop TA cores to 1/6 and increase halfling cores to 5/5 and cunning to 2/3.

Some content you will want that knockdown immunity though, so reset halfling and take TA back up to 4/6 for that.

Depends on content, but 4 max dodge is hard to give up especially when it gives you shadowphase tumble and knockdown immunity.

I'd think you'd want your dodge with uncanny dodge to be as close to 100 as possible. Again it will depend on content, but I think for current endgame the acrobat cores are the way to go, personally.

It's something to consider, but when I looked at it before I didn't see an efficient way to equally up the armor max dex, making the dodge cap raise not do anything. I would have to blow a twist on Lithe or some shit.

50 Dodge, Displace, Shadow form, 130 ac and 1k ish hp, and you are still dead from one trash hit. Fuck that shit.

"The uber damage" part is pretty old myth too, goes back to ToD days.

Gloom stalker is ass, it's a decisively worse version of deception because it only works that small second where you're sneaking.

Gloomstalker has a misleading description. It actually gives you two different melee procs.

The first one is worded as if it is deception, but it is in fact a combo of deception + sneak attack immunity removal. You do have to be "sneaking", but since you need to keep dropping in and out of stealth at least every 10 seconds to maintain your 30 melee power from Measure the Foe, that is not a problem. (Or you can just spam the stealth button while autoattacking.)

The second part, the blindness proc, works full time.

It all depends on the amount of time blindness procs, and then it still has the heel of only working on things that can be blinded in the first place. Which for practical purposes i'm going to guess their usual 2% proc chance, with an over of 10%, which puts it at probably still being worse than improved deception.

I tested actually, it breaks the attack chain with a crouch and a slow attack, unless there's some way to game the system to bypass the break in the attack chain that you are alluding to without saying. I can't take you at face value because I ran your pureyshuri garbage and it was dreadful from start to finish.
