I would never do this myself, because its terrible for solo dung rush, but if you specifically want something for latest raids try out this

Pure dumbend raid healer/tank, quite useful in pugs, terrible in coordinated groups with good ranged players

So i am just getting back into the game, any good cleric builds out there for raid healing?

No, because raids are not a thing that need to be healed anymore. If I were to bother leading raids again, I wouldn't be saving a spot for a healer or even accepting a divine if I knew that all they planned to contribute is healing. Bring DPS, self heals, and a stack of rez scrolls if you want to be useful.

That's why I suggested the builds I did: DPS or CC, self hjealz, and can babysit the fuck out of others which (let's face it) is usually necessary.  If you're not taking newb pugs purely for the comedy value, you're failing DDO.  There are some Wiley Coyote types out there.
