I can confirm +7 drops.

I've heard rumors +8 can drop at highest loot level, but I've never seen it.  Maybe it's just an urban legend.

Don't encourage this faggot to pop up on these boards every time he feels like slightly pulling his head out of his ass.  Obviously, this information can be confirmed in-game by just casually talking to people...assuming he has any friends.  PRO TIP: he doesn't.
