Now that we have gotten through all the basic stuff/info allow me to do some explaining. First and foremost this character is a tank.
With reaper mode possibly on the horizon i don't see this as too viable for tanking 10 skulls without some epic tring and re gearing.
I make a perfect chew toy for hound LN/LH/LE and have no issues tanking her. I make a good distraction for L shrouds and L tempests as well.
I can solo just about anything that does not have built in mechanics for group play required. The issue is i am not a dps though i can put a two hander on
and deal some kind of damage. It will be less about sub dueing the mobs in record breaking speed and more about just keeping yourself alive long enough to see them die.
If you are looking for more of an offensive play style with this build i recommend going either LD or DC but i recommend DC over LD mainly because of the sustainability.
When using other destiny's you wont be tanking in feel free to drop Lithe and Improved CE and pick up endless lay on hands among other things.
This build cannot run primal scream in tank set up there fore i don't use it as its pretty useless for me. Upon switching into Combat expertise All rage effects are dispelled.
With enough epic past lives in the martial and divine sphere this build can achieve even more tankyness then is mentioned here which i am currently in the process of doing.
My gear is unfinished but am in the process of making a Slave lords Charisma item among other things for more saves, more str with DM, and Better Lohs.
I'm running with 120 Hamp and my lohs are currently doing 1076 per use. I have 11 of them in any setup, When in sentinel rarely do i use them at all.
I keep myself up with a combination of Renew and Light the darkness for oh shit moment heals using Empower healing and Quicken on both abilities. Renew is generally enough to sustain.
Keep in mind that this build can totally be done without tomes should you follow the above steps however it will assume more of a tank role and less of a offensive capability.
The goal of this build was to create a tank completely first life without any high intensity tomes/gearing to perform in LE content without being a drag to yourself/party.

Dire Charge DC is 20+highest mod+stun boni, and I'm assuming your highest stat is CON at 74, so,

20(base)+32(stat)+20(+stun item)+8(insightful stun)+6(tactics twist)+2(epic feat)+1(ship) puts you at 89 without any hardcore investment or PLs, which, while not an uber no-save DC, should perform decently in all but the hardest content. There's a bunch of things you could add to push the DC higher too
