	They have said in ddo cast at least that the bulk of the reaper tree will only enhance you during a reaper dungeon and the cores will have small +1 type power creep. They also mentioned that your character will get some cosmetic enhancements from running reaper a lot. We will see for sure once llama land is back.

	In the latest DDOCast I'm pretty certain one of Cordo, Sev, Steel and Torc outright stated that they wanted players moving up to Reaper as a standard! So yes this is Power Creep, Plain and Simple!

Something about getting access to the reaper difficulty once you can open elite, so VIP and 3rd+ lifers are fine. Unfortunately, I only remember the cosmetics were like a fine glow and/or wings.
