Reasoning:
Several things occur to me...
1. Epic Envenomed Blade + Ruby of Endless Night, is great.
2. ENDER is good on wolf probably (neg-level to the point it procs)
3. You can swap off ENDER on boss fights for another DPS item or 2.
4. I'm the only melee in groups and I can't use Shadowdancer to remove SA immunity. That's why I'm going the Rogue-route. Improved Uncanny Dodge + Assassin's Trick isn't all that melee power but it can't be helped.

If the above holds true...
Then the question is how the fuck I fit all the gear in...

NEG LEVEL, math

5% for, 1d4 = 2.5
5% for, 1

3.5 negative levels @ a 5% proc chance. @ 8 hits per second (it gets up higher with fatal harrier), that's a proc every 2 seconds or about 2 neg levels a second. Each negative level removes 10% of mob hp. So that's a kill time of 5-8 seconds on any give mob. Maybe the ender proc rate is too low to make this useful?? Would love math on this but I'm afraid no one has done it yet.

same gear might work on 20 ranger, in shadowdancer
use crippling flames khopeshes instead of epic envenomed blade. Would a nightmares be better?

monk levels with the healing curse is actually very good on wolf, since that healing is not nerfed

ender seems to be about 5% proc rate. no cooldown and can multi proc on trash with missiles.

going with a TF ToF/para/CF might be another decent weapon choice
