Not a lot, sadly.

Baudry pt 1 does similar things, but it gets you approx 250 RXP on your first time and roughly 100 the second... from then it drops to 20, maybe 30. If I were to farm RXP this way I would rather quit the game altogether. 20 per run is not even close to reasonable.

That said, Precious cargo handed me a "whopping" 550 the first time.

I think the first time bonus is significant enough that the best way to get RXP is to just play the quests and get some RTRs in.
