How does DS work in conjunction with TWF? Does the main hand weapon get all of the DS and the secondary weapon gets none? Or do they split it (like 10% DS = 5% per hand)? Or do both hands get the full %? Thanks!

Doublestrike and insightful and quality doublestrike as well as most enhancements and feats applies to Main Hand only.  There are only two ways that I know of to boost off hand doublestrike:  Perfect two weapon fighting and dervish.
