	Ranged power in DDO is a patch on top of a kludge-work of finicky unstable patches. It purportedly exists to help scale the d20 system into epic levels. Whatever its original intent however, it now serves as yet another example of a grand, sweeping, entirely new system that the devs, as usual, left incomplete. Throw it on the pile of kludge-work patches.
