Haven't played a Lock in about a year, wanted to know, did they ever fix em so the DC is based of Cha and not Int? Just curious if it was still an issue.. thanks

On my 3rd lock racial lock life now and charisma seems to be what the dc is based off of. Otherwise I would land nothing in higher content.
