For the two crafted Slavers pieces, assuming Fiend, are there better crafting options than these?

Necklace - Slavers
Prefix: Sheltering 45 (for the PRR; trinket has 52 MRR)
Suffix: Spell Power: Fire +185 (Equipment Bonus, stacks with belt)
Extra: Skill: Spellcraft +22 (unsure of typing; assumes this stacks with LGS INT goggles)
Bonus: Quality Charisma +4

Bracers - Slavers
Prefix: +17 CON
Suffix: Spell Power: Force +185 (Equipment Bonus, stacks with belt)
Extra: Skill: UMD +7 (filler; is there a better option?)
Bonus: Quality 11 PRR (already have +4 quality CON on head)

I'd go with 2 LGS, the best way to slot that would be at the cost of the necro ring, moving the cloak or the helm to a slaver crafted ring. Also GOO doesn't seem to be the best anymore, hurl is very useful for the new content (specially both raids - hurl skulls/willow wips/totems/skells/etc).

Charms are overrated, even for high skulls. Unless you are shortmanning.
