Anybody think SSG could really be careful enough to disable guard procs on the pvp target? Like, all of them from different item sets and rando lootgen that might be coded a hair differently? So one squeaks through and then that lvl 2 gets killed. Golem's heart is an aoe guard proc. Two lvl 30's stand next to lower level players at the auction house and one is flagged so they can set off the guard. Hilarity ensues.

Once upon a time didn't shapeshifting abilities allow one person to lag out an entire Marketplace? It seems to me that anything like this pvp flag would require a bunch of stuff that's disabled in public to be enabled. Then you have a raid group that's only capped by the number of people you can fit in an instance.

Then you get one player with a no fail save who is flagged as a pvp target. Then you figure out which ability will cause the most heavy lifting. I don't know, maybe auras or aoe dots? I wonder how many attackers you would need before the world becomes a slide show for everybody in the instance.

I think this would:
1. Open up new ways to break stuff.
2. Give the new tools to break stuff to the exact people who were already breaking stuff.
3. Maybe convince a few of those people that it's more fun to go out wrecking shit than to work their way back into SSG's good graces.

Some men just want to watch the world burn. And by world I mean server and by burn I mean actually burn because I'm pretty sure some parts are going to melt.
