Is there something around about casting Dimension Door on a lvl 3 (or even earlier) characters ?

I doubt someone would burn 2 feats for that dragonmark.

AFAIR it was only 1 feat requirement now, the rest comes with racial enhancements and DD is T2, so technically 2 levels required and 7'ish AP spent.

People with Racial AP do it usually.   It is worth it on a human.  You get an extra feat anyways.

I did so for many lives before racial AP was a thing.

Low level quests are insanely fast when you don't have to wait for recall.  The first Catacombs quests become some of the best xp/min in the game.  Not as great now, with the kill requirements for reaper xp, I recently found.
