Apparently the cool kids are shintao and falconry which leaves out ninjaspy for the 25% incorp.
So, what are the big deals. Mostly gear and PLs?
PRR— what’s reasonable?
AC? Does it matter at all in reaper?
Dodge— how high are s reasonable and how?
Displace
HPs. How much is reasonable and how?
What else is up?

150 PRR is good, 200+ is titties
150+ AC starts being good
30ish dodge is good, if you can hit dodge cap in water stance, then its pretty awesome
2k hp in reaper is the target IMO
I think falconry has more QOL but dex-based (with KTA) is a bit better inherently. Symbiont's gear set is around here somewhere let me dig it up.

AC works same way elite and reaper any skull. Nontanks having bad times trying to reach any good amount (250-300 at least) yet 200 working fine. Less - meh, but its helpful. Dodge is very core defensive stat for monks. 50+ is something comfy. 70-100 is something superb. Prr and hp both good, but as monk you are limited to get much. 200, maybe 220-230 is max you can reach without earth stance+combat expertise. Still ok. Hp very dependent on pastlifes, builld (any lgs?) and reaper points. Possible to have up to 2.8-3k nowdays, but 2k is somewhere it start comfy to play.
Overall the ide of shinato monk is to CC and kill faster than champs hitting you, so best defence is offence. Any defensive stats may help against random oneshot but monks can not just be full time tanks.
