Is there any method of passing BTA experience potion to another account?  if you have any information contact me and gets x100 potion of experience 50% but only in Argo Server

Some store potions have this blurb text about how you can hotbar them and cast them on party members.
Though IIRC XP pots usually don't.

personally the only BTA/C item that I ever managed to mail/pass to another account is the teleport rods we got from the Traveler Festival back then in Europe.
It was said BTC( or was it A ) on them but in reallity they were unbound. ( I still have several of them one a mule character )
