I'm not a fan of the horns using your skin tone for coloration. I hope that's temporary. Or at the very least they might add one 'bone' colored set of horns for each cluster option (look through them, there's about 2-3 in a style.)
Yeah, I wasn't crazy about that either... But they weren't all completely awful. I would gladly lose the jewelry On/Off in favour of horn colour control.
I was actually more disappointed in the fact that there was no "Normal Eyes" option like Aasimar. That seemed lame, considering how limited the eyes options were scrolling through... just some tweaks to the shape and that's it.
I missed the Tails-Always-ON thing. Dude's face was in the way of the character creation screen and I couldn't get past it (took me forever to figure out Tiefling is +2 CHA).
Also #sadface for not recycling succubus animations for the female Tieflings. That was a missed opportunity.

Like I love the fiddle idea; it's a nice cheesy bit.
Agreed. Although it now makes me sad that Aasimar didn't get a harp.

I wish they'd commit to a sonic based iconic and a fire based regular tiefling.
Yeah, they could have easily gone Full Retard on Sonic and still kept the T4 option to swap to Fire if you preferred. Or the whole "Use your Fire Spellpower instead of Sonic if it is Higher" gimmick they introduced. That would have saved a lot of gearing/speccing woes. Although I think that they have this tree basically designed to suit Swashbuckler, I don't think they even consider the other Bard enhancements as anything but "support trees".

Racial tree will be nerf'ed to hell once they've sold enough Sharn pre-orders...
Aasimar is still as it was at launch so I doubt much will change, for good or ill.

Suggest that if they want to force tails; they should give both tieflings a T4 enhancement that makes the tail slightly prehensile and holds say a dagger (since we have this brand new crossbow mirroring tech) and deals -glancing blows-.
I think this is Blue Sky Dreaming. They likely figure the on-attack fire damage below X% is the bonus damage.
Best case, they'd just add "Prehensile Tail- +1/2/3% Doublestrike" and that is like, 99.99999% not happening at this point.
