	it's a fucking one/account, bound to character cake... that needs to be redeemed from the fucknig store. once upon a time we used to receive one cake per character ( BtA or BtC ) upon character login. Apparently they are ( still ) unable to reuse old systems.

	It's a free cosmetic cape... One per week for 13 weeks. You'd think with how most people gripe about inventory clutter that this wouldn't be an issue. You mean that for 13 weeks they are going to give us a coupon code to get a new Thirteenth Birthday Cake per account ? come on we used to have automagically appearing cakes upon logging on all our characters... They could hare reused that and given a ( BtC ) cake per toon, that way no duping worries as all the toons got a cake. ( and hoarding all the cloaks on a single toon is stupid )
